I am an enthusiastic and motivated instructional designer and eLearning developer with a talent for crafting engaging, effective, and dynamic learning experiences. My primary goal is to design and deliver training programs that not only align with organizational objectives but also cater to the diverse learning needs of participants. By applying the ADDIE model and drawing upon adult learning theory, I ensure a systematic and comprehensive approach to course development. I am proficient in using various technologies to create interactive and engaging learning modules, including Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint, Vyond, and Camtasia. 

Outside of instructional design, I enjoy baking with my daughter, traveling to warm and sunny places with my family, playing with my dog, and learning Spanish.
